Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 turkey cutlet (ca. 250 g)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)
  • paprika powder (sweet)
  • 250 g sausages (various, cooked ham, etc.)
  • 150 g cheese block (butter cheese, gouda, etc.)
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 0.5 radicchio
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp herb vinegar
  • 250 ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 3 tbsp whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp cognac
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Slice the turkey meat into strips and sear in hot oil until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika before setting aside.

    Peel the eggs and quarter them.

    Cut the sausages and cheese into strips.

    Wash and quarter the tomatoes.

    Clean, wash, and dry the greens. Roughly slice the iceberg lettuce; tear the radicchio leaves slightly.

    For the mayonnaise, whisk egg yolks with mustard and vinegar. Gradually add oil while stirring until creamy, then fold in ketchup, cream, and cognac, seasoning with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste.

    Arrange the leafy greens in a large bowl, then top with the remaining ingredients and drizzle the cocktail sauce decoratively.
