Ingredients
- 1 small romaine lettuce
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 10 Cherry tomatoes
- 80 g soybean sprouts
- 2 slices farmer's bread (from yesterday)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp herbs (chopped, mixed)

Separate the salad into leaves, wash, rinse, dry, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash, and quarter the radishes. Wash the pepper, halve it, clean, seed it, and slice into thin strips. Wash the tomatoes and halve them. Rinse the sprouts and drain. Mix all salad ingredients in a bowl.

Remove crusts from the bread, cut into small cubes, and fry in hot butter in a pan until crisp.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Whisk vinegar, salt, and pepper; fold in yogurt and stir in herbs. Combine the dressing with the salad and serve topped with croutons.
