- 1 cucumber
- 6 sprigs dill
- 2 cans tuna (natural)
- 30 ml olive oil
- Salt
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Peel the cucumber with a paring knife and cut into sections about 3 cm long. Hollow out one side of each section with a small spoon, placing the hollowed side up on the work surface.

Wash, dry, and chop the dill, reserving some sprigs for garnish. Drain the tuna in a sieve. In a bowl mix the tuna with olive oil using a fork into a paste, stir in chopped dill, then season with salt, lemon juice, and pepper. Spoon the tuna mixture into the cucumber hollows and top with dill sprigs.
