Ingredients
- 100 g red currants
- 2 tbsp honey
- 0.5 apple
- 1 peach
- 200 g strawberries
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 500 g natural yogurt
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- 8 tbsp crunchy muesli
Instructions

Wash the currants, remove stems, mix with 1 tbsp honey and fill four glasses. Core half an apple, slice thinly (eat the rest) and lay the slices over the currants.

Blanch the peach briefly in boiling water, peel, halve, core and cut into thin strips; arrange them over the apple slices and sprinkle with a little vanilla sugar.

Wash, clean and chop the strawberries, spread them over the peaches and also dust with vanilla sugar.

Whisk the yogurt with honey and lemon juice, pour over the fruit layers in the glasses, then top with muesli. Serve well chilled.
