Ingredients

  • 150 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 50 g Exquisa Fitline Protein Quark-Joghurt-Creme Blueberry
  • 50 g Exquisa Mild Skyr
  • some fresh mint

Instructions

    Blend the blueberries with a little water in a stand mixer until smooth, adding more water if desired consistency is needed. Reserve a few blueberries for topping.

    Fill a tall glass one-third full with the blueberry puree, add the Exquisa Fitline Protein Quark-Joghurt-Creme Blueberry, and top the remaining third with Exquisa Mild Skyr. Garnish with the reserved blueberries and a few mint leaves – suitable for sipping and spooning!
