Ingredients

  • 1 handful strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Davert (cashew butter)
  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 1 tsp matcha tea powder

Instructions

    Clean and wash the strawberries, then slice them thickly. Arrange the sliced strawberries tightly on a parchment‑lined board.

    Drizzle the cashew butter evenly over the strawberries.

    Melt the chocolate gently over a hot water bath. Remove from heat and stir in the matcha powder. Pour the melted chocolate over the strawberries and spread it evenly with a spoon.

    Refrigerate the Strawberry Matcha Chocolate for 2 hours. Then cut or break into pieces and serve immediately.
