Ingredients

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 0.5 bunch rosemary
  • 350 g green beans
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash, trim, and snap off ends of the beans. Cook in salted water for 20 minutes over low heat until tender. Drain well. Rinse the meat, pat dry, salt and pepper.

    Peel and crush the garlic; distribute it over the lamb chops. Strip rosemary leaves from the stems. Heat oil in a skillet and sear the chops on both sides until browned, then set aside.

    Briefly sauté the rosemary leaves in the pan fat, return the chops, and let them steam for 5 minutes over low heat. In another pan, melt butter and toss the beans; serve with the lamb chops.
