Ingredients

  • 150 g smoked salmon (in pieces)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 vegetable onion
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 4 tbsp watercress

Instructions

    Cut the salmon into small cubes. Wash, halve, seed and dice the bell pepper. Wash, trim and finely dice the celery. Peel and dice the onion. Wash, quarter, seed and dice the tomatoes.

    Combine all ingredients, season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, then arrange on spoons. Sprinkle with watercress and serve.
