Ingredients
- 200 g salmon fillet (skinless, very fresh)
- 2 tsp chopped coriander
- 0.5 tsp chopped red chili peppers
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp soy oil
- wasabi (to taste)
- 1 egg (very fresh)
- 2 leaves of Chinese cabbage (for serving)
Instructions

Pat the salmon fillet dry and cut into roughly 1 cm cubes. Mix a little wasabi with soy sauce, then stir in lemon juice.

Add the oil and egg dropwise, stirring until the dressing has a homogeneous consistency. Then fold in coriander and chili.

Combine everything with the salmon, season to taste, cover and refrigerate. For serving, place the tartare on each Chinese cabbage leaf in a mound shape.
