Ingredients
- 200 g lactose‑free butter
- 150 g raw cane sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200 g Spelt flour Type 1050
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 20 g ground almonds
- 100 ml lactose‑free milk (3.5% fat)
- 2 tsp Rapeseed Oil
- 1 tsp powdered sugar made from raw cane sugar
Instructions

Cream butter with sugar. Gradually add eggs and whisk until frothy. Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and almonds; alternately fold into the egg mixture with milk to create an even batter. Let the lactose‑free waffle batter rest for 10–15 minutes.

Meanwhile heat a waffle iron and brush it lightly with oil. Pour a small ladleful of batter into each center and cook until golden brown. Repeat to make a total of ten waffles.

Place the lactose‑free waffles on plates, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm immediately.
