Kohlrabi in Batter with Yogurt Dip

Crispy kohlrabi coated in a light batter served with a tangy yogurt dip, a fresh recipe from the Crispy Batter collection.
Ingredients
- 100 g flour
- 1 egg
- 125 ml wine
- 200 g sour cream yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 bunch radishes (about 100 g)
- 2 tbsp chives
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 2 large kohlrabi
- 500 ml oil

Whisk flour, egg, wine and salt into a smooth batter; let rest for 30 minutes.

Beat yogurt with lemon juice. Wash, trim and finely slice radishes; stir into yogurt along with chives, salt and pepper. Toast sunflower seeds in a dry pan and sprinkle over the dip.
