The Kiwi Popsicle from Spoonsparrow is a refreshing treat for hot days packed with vitamin C.

Ingredients

  • 4 green kiwis
  • 2 green apples (e.g., Granny Smith)
  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 4 Tbsp lime juice

Instructions

    Peel the kiwis and cut them into pieces. Wash, core, and cut the apples into pieces as well. Blend both with apple juice and lime juice until smooth.

    Fill the kiwi mixture into small popsicle molds (about 100 ml each) and freeze for at least 1 hour. Insert sticks and continue freezing for a minimum of another 3 hours. Carefully remove the popsicles from the molds and serve.
