The Melon Bowl from Spoonsparrow is alcohol‑free and perfect as a hydrating, figure-friendly refresher!
Ingredients
- 1 kg small watermelon (1 small watermelon)
- 1 kg honeydew melon (1 honeydew melon)
- 2 limes (1 organic)
- 1 L carbonated mineral water (ice cold)
- Ice cubes
Instructions

Halve the watermelon and remove large seeds. Cut 2 sections of flesh, including skin, into triangles and set aside.

Using a melon baller, form balls from the remaining flesh and place them in a bowl or pitcher.

Halve the honeydew, scoop out seeds with a spoon, and use a melon baller to shape the flesh into spheres. Add these to the watermelon.

Rinse the organic lime hot, dry it, and peel thin spirals with a vegetable peeler.

Cut both limes in half, squeeze their juice into the bowl, then pour in the mineral water and add ice cubes. Garnish with lime spirals and melon wedges.
