Homemade Tomato-Paprika Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 kg ripe tomatoes
  • 500 g ripe bell peppers
  • 2 EL peppercorns
  • 200 ml celery juice

Instructions

    Wash the ripe tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds, peel off the inner skins, and cut them into small pieces as well. Combine both with peppercorns and celery juice in a pot and simmer for about 10-15 minutes while stirring.

    Strain through a sieve. Reboil the juice and pour it into clean bottles, seal tightly, and let cool.
