Ingredients

  • 3 untreated limes
  • 3 untreated lemons
  • 100 g sugar
  • 500 ml dry white wine
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine

Instructions

    Wash the limes and lemons hot, then slice one lime and one lemon into thin rounds. Halve the remaining fruit and squeeze out their juice.

    Combine everything with the sugar and white wine in a bowl, mix well, and let it steep for about an hour in a cool, dark place. Before serving add ice cubes and pour in the sparkling wine.
