Our blueberry smoothie without banana is perfect for a healthy start to the day.
Ingredients
- 500 g Blueberries
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 700 ml almond drink (almond milk) (ice cold)
- 80 g cream cheese (4 tbsp)
Instructions

Wash and drain the blueberries.

Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.

Blend the berries with lemon juice and vanilla in a blender until smooth.

Add the milk and cream cheese, then blend again. Pour the smoothie into 4 cups.
