Ingredients
- 250 g kale
- Salz
- 150 g soft butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 250 g flour
- 250 ml milk
- Pepper (from the grinder)
- nutmeg
- oil (for the waffle iron)
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 100 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped dill
- Salt
- Lemon juice

Wash, trim and cook the kale in salted water for about 5 minutes. Shock, drain and finely chop. Whisk the butter until foamy, gradually fold in the eggs, then add salt and flour, continue whisking, add milk and kale, and mix into a smooth batter. Let it rest for about 30 minutes, then season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Heat the waffle iron to medium, lightly brush with oil, and bake the waffles golden brown as they form.
