Wheat Porridge

Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 100 g wheat bran
  • 80 g dates (pitted)
  • 4 tbsp liquid honey

Instructions

    Bring the milk with vanilla sugar and cinnamon to a boil. Stir in the wheat bran and simmer, stirring regularly for about 25 minutes until it thickens. Adjust the amount of milk slightly if needed.

    Cut the dates into pieces. Mix them into the porridge and serve in bowls. Drizzle honey on top before serving.
