Kaki Yogurt with Millet Flakes

Ingredients

  • 1 fully ripe kaki (or Sharon fruit)
  • 150 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 25 g millet flakes (3 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp liquid honey

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash the kaki, pat dry and cut off a lid.

  2. 2.

    With a spoon remove the flesh, place on a plate and mash finely with a fork.

  3. 3.

    In a bowl mix yogurt, millet flakes, and honey. Add the kaki puree and stir. Serve the kaki yogurt in the hollowed fruit or in a bowl as desired.
