Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch parsley
- Salt
- 1 tomato
- 1 lemon (zest)

Marinate the chicken wings with cinnamon, pepper, cayenne pepper, lemon juice and olive oil overnight.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C on the middle rack for about 20 minutes until crisp and golden brown; then sprinkle coarsely chopped parsley over them and bake for another 5 minutes.

Slice the tomato into very thin rounds and arrange them on a plate. Stack the finished chicken wings on top and garnish with lemon zest.
