Jarlsberg Spring Rolls

Ingredients
- 200 g Jarlsberg (®, grated)
- 1 pack of studen or filo dough (available ready‑made in Turkish shops)
- 200 g red onions, finely diced
- 200 g red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch Basil
- 50 g arugula
- 2 tsp apple juice
- salt, sugar, pepper to taste
- oil for frying
- 25 g butter
- 50 g red onions, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 apples, finely diced
- vanilla pods
- 2 tbsp chopped basil
Instructions

Spring rolls Sauté the onions in a little oil and add the cabbage. Cook for several minutes while stirring constantly. Add the herbs and season with salt, pepper, sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Let cool.

Fold the grated Jarlsberg into the mixture and fill 15 dough sheets with it, then roll them up. Fry the spring rolls in oil and bake on a sheet in a preheated oven at 250 °C for about 5 minutes.

Apple‑honey chutney Melt butter in a saucepan and add the onions. Cook for 5 minutes, then add vinegar, honey, and finally the apples.

Add the vanilla pod pulp to the mixture. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Finally add the basil leaves and let the mixture cool.

Serve the Jarlsberg spring rolls with the apple‑honey chutney.
