Ingredients
- 100 g peach halves (canned)
- 8 spoon biscuits
- 100 g Mascarpone
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 20 ml coffee liqueur
- 50 ml whipping cream
- kakao powder (for dusting)

Drain the peaches, catch the juice and finely puree the fruit with 2 tbsp of the juice. Roughly crumble the spoon biscuits. Mix the mascarpone with the sugar and liqueur. Whip the cream stiff and gradually fold it into the mascarpone.

Distribute half of the crumbled biscuits onto four dessert glasses, spread the peach purée over them, add the remaining crumbs on top, and finish with the mascarpone layer. Dust with kakao powder and serve well chilled.
