Ingredients

  • 250 g thick beans (frozen)
  • 4 egg tomatoes
  • 2 anchovies
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 3 tbsp canned mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 handful basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Thaw the beans and blanch them in boiling salted water, then shock with ice-cold water and drain well. Wash the tomatoes, remove stems, and slice into rounds.

    Finely chop the anchovies with capers and mushrooms. Dice the onion finely and mix it with the anchovy mixture. Rinse and dry the basil leaves.

    Combine all ingredients gently in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with lemon juice mixed with olive oil. Serve immediately.
