Ingredients
- 1 thumb-sized piece ginger
- 1 Lime
- 1 red pepperoni
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch Coriander
- 1 l instant vegetable broth
- 4 Carrots
- 1-2 tsp curry powder
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- salt, freshly ground pepper
- 1 pinch sugar
- 2 tbsp almond slivers
- 1 tsp oil

Wash the ginger and slice into thin rounds. Rinse the lime and cut into wedges. Slice the pepperoni lengthwise, remove seeds, rinse, then finely chop. Rinse coriander, set aside a few leaves for garnish, and tear the rest into smaller pieces.

Simmer the broth with the prepared ingredients for 20 minutes on low heat. Peel and slice the carrots; strain the broth and add the carrots to cook until tender, about 20 more minutes. Stir in curry powder.
