Ingredients
- 0.125 l coffee
- 2 tsp cane sugar
- 40 ml whiskey
- 100 ml whipped cream
- pinch cinnamon

Serve Irish Coffee in a special Irish coffee glass or another long-stemmed, heat-resistant glass.

Add sugar to the glass. Warm the whiskey and pour it over the sugar, or warm the glass over a small stove. When the whiskey is warm, carefully light it with a burning match. Extinguish the flame with hot coffee.

Gently spoon lightly whipped cream over the back of a spoon onto the coffee and serve dusted with a pinch of cinnamon.
