Spoonsparrow Insalata Pastore tastes great for dinner!
Ingredients
- 250 g feta (made from sheep and goat milk)
- 1 cucumber
- 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp basil (finely chopped)
- 1 large red onion
- olive oil (cold-pressed)
- red wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 3 tbsp Kalamata olives
Instructions

Cut the feta into small cubes.

Wash, halve, seed, and slice the cucumber. Wash and dry the tomatoes. Peel and cube the onion.

Combine cucumber, tomatoes, olives, feta, onion, and basil in a bowl.

For the vinaigrette mix 5 tbsp olive oil with 3 tbsp vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Toss into the salad.

Serve with fresh white bread.
