Pasta with Salmon

Ingredients
- 350 g Farfalle
- Salt
- 200 g peas
- 1 untreated lemon
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Orange juice
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- pepper (ground)
- 200 g smoked salmon (slices)
- 2 tbsp chives
Instructions

Cook the pasta in salted water al dente. Add the peas during the last 1-2 minutes of cooking. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Wash the lemon, pat dry, zest it, then squeeze the juice. Mix the zest, juice, honey, orange juice, and oil together. Season with salt and pepper.

Slice the salmon into strips and combine with pasta, peas, and chives in the dressing.

Serve on deep plates.
