Ingredients

  • 300 g short tube pasta
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 2 stalks celery
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 4 tbsp Sour cream
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water and let it dry.

    Wash and halve the bell peppers, remove seeds and white membranes, then dice into small cubes.

    Trim, wash and slice the celery; keep a bit of green for garnish.

    Peel and cube the onion.

    Whisk together vinegar, salt, pepper, oil and sour cream to make a dressing, then toss the vegetables with the pasta. Garnish with a touch of celery greens before serving.
