Ingredients

  • 1.5 l milk
  • 250 ml condensed milk
  • 8 sweet oranges
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • pistachio nuts (chopped)

Instructions

    Bring the milk to a boil in a non-stick pot, then reduce heat and simmer while stirring until it reduces by half.

    Add the condensed milk and continue cooking for another 20 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Let the mixture cool slightly, then refrigerate until well chilled. Juice six oranges and cut the remaining orange segments into small pieces. Stir the orange juice and half of the sliced segments into the cold milk along with the cardamom powder.

    Divide the cream into small bowls, sprinkle with chopped pistachios, garnish with the remaining orange slices, place in the freezer for 10 minutes, then serve immediately.
