Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 500 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Rose water
  • a pinch of cardamom

Instructions

    Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit and cut into pieces. Blend the mango with yogurt, a little water, sugar, rose water, and cardamom until smooth. Add more water to reach the desired consistency (about 500-600 ml total) and blend until frothy.
