Ingredients
- 6 figs
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- olive oil (for the grill)
- 600 g crumbly cream cheese
- 4 tbsp acacia honey
- coarse Sea salt
- 2 sprigs thyme
Instructions

Wash and dry the figs, cut them in half, brush with vinegar and season with pepper.

Brush the grill grate with olive oil and place fig halves cut-side up on the hot grate for about 4 minutes.

Place the cream cheese in small bowls, top with grilled figs, drizzle honey over the top.

Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and garnish with fresh thyme leaves before serving.
