Icecream-Soda

Ingredients

• 125 ml heavy cream
• 4 tbsp sea buckthorn syrup
• juice of two oranges
• 4 scoops orange or vanilla ice cream
• tonic, soda or sparkling water
• 1 tsp orange zest
• 2 orange slices

Instructions

   Beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

   Combine the sea buckthorn syrup and orange juice, pour into tall glasses, and add one scoop of orange or vanilla ice cream to each. Top each glass three‑quarters full with tonic, soda, or sparkling water.

   Add another scoop of ice cream and a dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle grated orange zest on top and garnish with an orange slice. Serve with a long spoon and straw.
