  • 150 g French goat cheese (from the block)
  • 50 g oat cookies
  • 50 g Pine nuts
  • 4 pears
  • 2 tbsp Cointreau
  • 4 Tbsp lingonberry jam

Instructions

    Knead the goat cheese with crumbled oat cookies and pine nuts to form a smooth mixture.
