- 150 g French goat cheese (from the block)
- 50 g oat cookies
- 50 g Pine nuts
- 4 pears
- 2 tbsp Cointreau
- 4 Tbsp lingonberry jam

Knead the goat cheese with crumbled oat cookies and pine nuts to form a smooth mixture.
