Ingredients
- 600 g peaches
- 4 small duck breast fillets (150 g each)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- beet leaf (for garnish)

Wash the peaches. Briefly dip them in boiling water for about 1 minute, then rinse with cold water and peel off the skin. Halve the fruit, remove pits, and cut into wedges.

Wash the duck breasts and pat dry with paper towels. Trim the skin from the breasts and cut the meat into cubes. Alternate threading the duck cubes and peach wedges onto wooden skewers.

Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill and cook the skewers for a total of 6–8 minutes, turning to brown all sides. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates and garnish with beet leaves.
