Ingredients

  • 300 g sheep cheese
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 3 EL green olives
  • 2 EL black olives
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 0.125 l olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash tomatoes and pat dry. Cube the sheep cheese. Break thyme sprigs into small pieces. Peel garlic and slice thinly.

    Combine all ingredients in a container. Whisk olive oil with salt and pepper, then pour over the mixture.

    Marinate in a cool place for at least 2 days. Before serving, freshly grind pepper to taste.
