Ice Pops with Cream Cheese and Triple Coating

Ingredients

  • 300 ml milk (3.5% fat)
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 60 g Honey (4 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 3 eggs (medium size)
  • 2 Tbsp amaranth pops
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 2 Tbsp dark chocolate crumbs

Instructions

    Whisk milk, cream cheese, honey and vanilla powder in a saucepan. Heat the mixture until it boils, then remove from heat and let cool for about 5 minutes.

    Beat the eggs lightly, then fold them into the warm cream cheese mixture. Transfer to a metal bowl over a simmering water bath, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Cool in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
