The creamy ice lollies made from black currants by Spoonsparrow are a treat you shouldn't miss!
Ingredients
- 300 g black currants
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 400 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Clean, wash and pluck the currants from their stems. Blend with milk and maple syrup until smooth.

Stir the berries with yogurt and lemon juice until smooth, then fill into 8 ice lolly molds. Freeze for about 1 hour, insert wooden sticks, and freeze for another 2 hours. Release from molds before serving.
