Make ice confection with coconut oil and this recipe from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 100 g milk chocolate couverture
  • 100 g dark chocolate couverture
  • 100 g coconut oil
  • 125 g whipping cream
  • 50 g nut nougat spread
  • 40 g white chocolate couverture
  • 0.5 tsp Coconut oil
  • small molds (from metal foil)

Instructions

    Cut the dark and milk chocolate couvertures and coconut fat into small pieces.

    Heat the cream with chocolate, nut nougat spread and coconut fat in a pot, stirring until melted at medium heat. Let the mixture cool slightly.

    Fill the molds with chocolate cream up to about 1 mm below the rim and chill in the refrigerator until set. Melt white chocolate with coconut fat for decoration. Put into a small freezer bag, cut a tiny corner and use it to decorate the ice confection. Let dry.
