Honey Glazed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 12 chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with fan and top heat.

    Wash and pat dry the chicken thighs. Mix honey, vinegar, oil, and soy sauce; season with a little salt and pepper. Place the thighs in a roasting pan and brush with the mixture. Roast in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown, turning occasionally and brushing with more sauce.

    Serve warm or cold as a lunch option.
