Honey Figs with Mascarpone

Ingredients
- 12 ripe figs
- 30 g Honey (2 tbsp)
- 30 g pine nuts (2 tbsp)
- 40 g mascarpone (2 tbsp)
- 40 g low‑fat quark (2 tbsp)

Wash the figs, pat dry, make a cross cut on top and gently pull apart. Arrange side by side in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with honey. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (fan 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until fragrant. Remove and let cool. Whisk the mascarpone with quark until smooth.

Distribute the figs onto four plates, sprinkle with pine nuts, add a dollop of mascarpone to each, and serve.
