Mocha Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 400 g Low-fat quark
  • 150 ml cold coffee
  • 60 g Chocolate (70% cocoa content)
  • 10 Ladyfingers
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

    Add mascarpone, honey and vanilla powder to a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until creamy. Then gently fold in the quark.

    For the mocha: melt chocolate and mix well with freshly brewed coffee. Cut ladyfingers horizontally in half, dip them into the coffee mixture and place half of the ladyfingers in four dessert glasses.

    Pour half of the cream over the ladyfingers, top with the remaining ladyfingers and spread the rest of the cream on top.

  4. 4.

    Refrigerate the mocha tiramisu for at least 3 hours. Dust with cocoa powder and serve.
