Ingredients
- 4 tbsp raisins
- 2 tbsp rum
- 9 slices digestive biscuits
- 400 ml grape juice
- 400 g blueberries
- 4 tbsp mascarpone
- 8 tbsp low-fat quark
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 tsp sugar

Pour the raisins with the rum and let them soak for 3 hours, then drain. If children are eating, soak the raisins in water instead.

Crush one biscuit into fine crumbs and mix with cinnamon and sugar. Set aside until serving.

Place the remaining biscuits in a bowl and soak them with grape juice until they soften. Rinse the blueberries, wash and let them drain well. Mix the blueberries with the soaked raisins and mascarpone, then blend finely. Fold in the quark. For serving, layer some biscuit crumbs in a glass and cover with blueberry cream. Sprinkle with remaining biscuit crumbs.
