Ingredients
- 500 g honey
- 0.25 l germ oil
- 500 g brown sugar
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 200 g grated almonds
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground clove
- 4 eggs
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g almond sticks
- 150 g raisins
- 100 g lemon zest
- 100 g orange zest
- 100 g red cocktail cherries
- 100 g walnuts
- 200 g whole almonds
- 100 g hail sugar
Instructions

Dissolve honey, oil and sugar in a pot over medium heat while stirring, remove from heat and let cool.

Crush the chocolate and melt it into the mixture; stir in almonds, salt, spices and eggs. Mix flour and baking powder, sift over the batter and fold in.

Spread the dough onto a greased deep baking sheet. Sprinkle the topping ingredients over it and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes. Let cool and cut into rectangular pieces.
