Ingredients
- 3.5 l water
- 350 g sugar
- 0.5 lemon (unprocessed)
- 20 elderflower buds
- 2 limes (unprocessed)
Instructions

Bring the water to a boil and let it cool.

Add the sugar, freshly squeezed lemon juice, elderflowers, and thinly sliced limes to a large glass.

Pour the cooled water over the mixture and stir until the sugar dissolves.

Cover the glass with kitchen twill or muslin cloth.

Let the mixture sit for 2-3 days in a sunny window. When pearls rise, the drink is ready.
