Ingredients

  • 1 untreated lime
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 2 red chilies
  • 250 g brown sugar
  • 500 ml vodka

Instructions

    Wash the lime hot, dry it, and slice into rounds. Peel the ginger and cut into slices. Wash the chilies and halve them. Boil the prepared ingredients with the sugar and 300 ml water for about 10 minutes, then let cool. Pour in the vodka into a vessel, seal tightly, and let steep in a cool dark place for about 4 weeks.
