Figs and Pomegranate Brandy

Ingredients

• 4 figs
• 1 Pomegranate
• 50 g Brown sugar
• 1 l Korn

Instructions

   Wash the figs, quarter them and place in a wide vessel. Halve the pomegranate and remove the seeds. Remove the white membranes and add the seeds to the figs. Sprinkle the sugar over them and pour in the Korn. Seal tightly and let steep in a dark, cool place for about 4 weeks.

   Filter afterwards and bottle.
