Hirse Energy Balls with Goji Berries and Chocolate Drops

Quick energy boost with the millet energy balls featuring goji berries and chocolate drops from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 200 g delicate oat flakes from Bauck (available at Reformhaus®)
  • 80 g Reformhaus® (ground wild brown millet)
  • 150 g almond butter from Granovita (available at Reformhaus®)
  • 100 g maple syrup from Rapunzel (available at Reformhaus®)
  • 40 g dark chocolate drops
  • 3 tbsp Reformhaus® goji berries (30 g)
  • 1 pinch vanilla powder from Brecht (available at Reformhaus®)
  • 1 pinch sea salt from Brecht (available at Reformhaus®)

Instructions

    Coarsely chop the goji berries. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up the dough.

    Using damp hands, shape the dough into 20 balls. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
