Spicy savoy cabbage chips from Spoonsparrow are the ideal healthy snack for a movie night on the sofa or a garden party with friends.
Ingredients
- 1 savoy cabbage
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- 0.5 tsp harissa powder
- 1 tbsp lime juice

Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage. Wash the cabbage, remove the core, tear off the leaves, cut them into roughly equal-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.

Distribute olive oil, salt, harissa powder, and lime juice over the leaves and massage with your hands.

Spread the marinated cabbage on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper without overlapping and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (160 °C fan; gas: level 2–3) for about 8 minutes until crisp. Transfer to a large bowl or serve as a topping on a dish.
