High Protein Wraps with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs (size M)
- 20 g Baby spinach (4 handfuls)
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 4 slices Gouda (120 g)
- 4 slices Smoked salmon (80 g)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Poke eggs with a fork, place in boiling water and cook for approx. 8 minutes. Drain eggs, cool under cold water and slice.

Meanwhile, wash and spin dry the spinach. Cut the tortillas in half on one side, up to the middle.

Top each quarter of the tortilla with Gouda, smoked salmon, baby spinach and egg. Season the wrap with salt and pepper as desired and fold the quarters together one after the other.

Toast the tortillas in a pan without fat for approx. 1 to 2 minutes per side. In the meantime, turn occasionally until the cheese begins to melt. If you are using a contact grill, fold it together, close it and let the wrap grill for about 5 minutes.
