Fresh, creamy and protein-rich herb quark from Spoonsparrow – the perfect dip that pairs with any dish.
Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch Parsley (10 g)
- 0.25 bunch Chives (5 g)
- 0.25 bunch dill (5 g)
- 1 small garlic clove
- 500 g low‑fat quark
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 50 ml yogurt (1.5% fat)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash the herbs, shake off excess water and pluck the leaves. Finely chop everything and set aside 2 teaspoons for garnish. Combine the remaining herbs with quark, sour cream and yogurt in a bowl and stir well. Squeeze the garlic through a press and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the herb quark in small bowls, garnished with parsley, chives and dill. Pair with baguette slices.
